We’re excited to announce that our new and refreshed website is online. The updated site includes changes to navigation, with responsiveness and early stage accessibility enabled for both mobile and desktop browser versions. We’ve also enhanced the structure of our content so you’ll get a summary of the different products and services we offer from a quick read. There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes.

Our site has been penned to be a combination of business and technical terms. The site is a balance of TECHCOM™ product and service features and capability – enough to peak the interest of anyone visiting with the objective of providing a high-level overview of what we offer with the next step being an in person meeting to give us the opportunity to share a full understanding of all of the products and services we have available.

As part of the new site we wanted to showcase our core technology and services as well as some of the different peripheral products and services embedded within our core products to assist our clients from an advisory, support, incident management and training perspective.

Within the site you will see the reoccurring theme – product and data agnostic – our philosophy is centred around delivering self service solutions that introduce efficiency, automation and provide value in virtually any industry.

We have included content on the site about our TECHCOM™ Cloud enterprise solution that has been expanding since 2006 and boasts a network of professionals available to our clients – with these experts available to our clients to be contracted for service.

Outside of providing some general information about who we are and what we do, one of the objectives of the new site is to start the conversation and share the message that TECHCOM™ is a software, infrastructure, network and advisory services provider and has all of the necessary support infrastructure in place to provide best-in-class solutions.

Throughout the site you will note references to some new items we are targeting for release in the year.  With each new major release we will endevaur to provide details via this news section of our site.
